We collect buyer's contact information, such as email address, credit card numbers and demographic information (like their billing address). All contact information from the order form is used to process our customers purchasing.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

There will be NO SALES TAX on any United States Orders. For any order shipped within United States (includes US territories such as Hawaii, Virgin Island, Guam and Northern Mariana Islands), the shipping cost will be $4.95 for first item. Any additional item will be charged $0.50 per item.

We also offer Rush order delivery. ~
For any order shipped via UPS 3 Day Air, the shipping & handling fee is $11.00 for the first item. Thereafter will be charged $1.00 per item.

For any order shipped via UPS 2 Day Air, the shipping & handling fee is $16.00 for the first item. Thereafter will be charged $1.00 per item.

If the order shipped out via UPS Next Day Air, the shipping & handling fee is $28.00 for the first item. Thereafter will be charged $1.00 per item.

Any orders placed before 3:00 pm PST will be processed the same business day (Monday ~ Friday). UPS does not delivery on Saturday and Sunday.

WARRANTY:

Our products are limitedly warranted to the original retail purchaser to be free of defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. This warranty shall be valid for six (6) months from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty does not cover any our product that has been damaged through misuse, negligence, accident or improper use.

To expedite your warranty, please complete our warranty / returns form and we will email the return instruction within 1 business day, Monday through Saturday.

RETURN POLICY:

We offer 30 days money-back guarantee from the date of original retail purchase. Purchase amount is credited upon our receipt of both product and packaging in original condition (excludes all shipping & handling charges). Also a copy of the credit receipt is required for refunds applied toward credit cards.
